These terms cover what you buy on aiserviceco.com. They are written in plain English. The questions they answer: who sells to you, what you get, what you may do with it, what we do not promise, and who to email if something goes wrong.
Who sells to you
Products and services on aiserviceco.com are sold by World Unities d/b/a AI Service Co. Dan Coffman is the contact person. We are reached by email only: nearmiss1193@gmail.com.
What you are buying
Digital packs (downloadable tools and templates) are licensed for the buyer's own business use. They are delivered by download after payment. The keep-forever packs are pay what you want ($1 minimum, $9 suggested) and are delivered from aion-downloads.vercel.app after you pay.
Services are delivered as described on each product page:
- Speed-to-Lead Audit, $19: a report you build yourself in your browser after paying.
- Website Check, $49: a written PDF report about your website.
- Field Quote + Change Order, $79: a priced change-order draft and a customer quote prepared from the photos and note you email us.
Other paid offers follow what their own page says. If a page and these terms differ about what you receive, the product page describes the product and these terms govern everything else.
Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. We do not see or store your card number.
No guarantees of business results
Our tools, reports and templates are aids. We do not promise more customers, more revenue, savings or any other business result. Estimates are built from the numbers you enter.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked, for digital packs and the $19 and $49 reports; the $79 service is refundable until work starts.
Limit of liability
Our liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not remove any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
Problems and disputes
Email nearmiss1193@gmail.com first. Tell us what went wrong, what you bought, and the email address you paid with. Disputes go to that support email first, and we will try to settle them by email before anything else.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Using the website itself is also covered by the general terms of use. If they conflict about a purchase, these terms of sale apply to the purchase.
