These general terms apply to the AI Service Co website and product experiences that link to them. By using a product, you also agree to any product-specific terms presented for that product.

Using the services

You may use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not use them to violate another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, deceive people, send unlawful or abusive communications, or interfere with the operation of a service.

Trials, demos and previews

Some products may be available as a free trial, live demo, preview or limited evaluation. Trial length, features and limits can vary by product. A trial does not create a paid subscription unless the product clearly discloses the price and you affirmatively agree to the purchase or subscription.

AI-generated output

AI systems can make mistakes. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment or other consequential matters.

Ownership and licensing

AI Service Co does not use one ownership model for every product. Some tools may be downloadable or self-hostable, some may be licensed, some may be managed services, and some may be offered through an API. The product page, order form or license controls what you receive and what you own. We will not describe a product as “owned” when the actual delivery model depends on a continuing hosted service.

Accounts, APIs and third-party services

Some products may require an account, API key, phone number, cloud service, payment provider, model provider or other third-party service. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their terms. You are responsible for credentials and access you control.

Payments and subscriptions

If a product is paid, its price, billing frequency, included usage, cancellation terms and any refund policy should be shown before purchase. Product-specific commercial terms control over this general page where they differ.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, we may use it to improve the product and related services. Please do not include confidential information you do not want considered as feedback.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or retire features and experimental products. We try to avoid breaking paid or owned products without clear notice, but previews and beta features may change more quickly.

Privacy

Your use of the services is also subject to the Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice.

Disclaimers

Except for commitments expressly made in a product-specific agreement, services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to an experimental or general-purpose AI service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Service Co and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of a service. Product-specific agreements may provide different limits and will control where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product portfolio changes. The date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material product-specific changes should be communicated through the product or applicable agreement.
