Start
Load the example to see how it works, open a file you saved earlier, or start typing below. Nothing is stored in this browser, so save to a file to keep your work: closing this tab discards it.
1. Event
The day-of contact (usually you) appears on every call sheet and on the contact sheet.
2. Vendors
Only share a phone number with vendors who agreed to it. Phone numbers entered here appear on the contact sheet, which goes to every vendor.
3. Timeline
Type each start time once. End times are worked out from the duration, and the sheets list rows in time order. For anything after midnight, set Day to Next day.
4. Shift times and track versions
Running late or early? Move one row and every row after it by the same number of minutes. Each shift becomes a new version with a change-log entry. Vendor arrival times do not move.

5. Sheets
Print opens your browser's print dialog; choose Save as PDF there to make a PDF. With All sheets, each vendor's call sheet starts on a new page. To send one vendor only their own sheet, choose that vendor under Show, then print.
Where the browser supports it (Chrome does), every printed page repeats the version at the top and, with the credit on, the credit line at the bottom. If your browser adds its own header and footer (page title, web address or file location), you can turn them off in the print dialog under Headers and footers.
Where your data goes
Everything stays in this browser. Nothing is uploaded: this page makes no network requests after it opens, and it does not use cookies or browser storage. Links open only if you click them. The file you save goes wherever your browser saves downloads, and printed sheets go wherever you send them.
